These Terms govern your use of the AcmeFit website and purchases from our store. Key points include:

•Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by AcmeFit. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason before shipment. For example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or a payment issue arises, we will notify you and cancel the order if needed.

•Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If a product is mislabeled due to a typo or system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order. As explained in our policies, “orders can be canceled for errors like typos”. This means an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; the contract is not binding until we ship the product. In such cases, we will refund any payment immediately.

•Shipping and Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. As standard shipping policies note, delivery estimates (e.g. 5–7 business days) are approximations and “things like weather or holidays might cause a delay”. We are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g. shipping carrier issues, natural disasters, or festival periods).

•Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select products and in eligible locations. If you refuse delivery of a COD order, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We may deduct those costs from any refund or may require payment of additional shipping for re-delivery. This protects both parties from excessive ‘return-to-origin’ (RTO) charges.

•Intellectual Property: All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of AcmeFit or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our permission. As commonly stated, our trademarks and copyrighted materials are protected and we enforce our rights.

•Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This includes cancelling for any reason — such as suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock shortages — before the item is shipped. Customers will be notified and refunded for any such cancellations.
