Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Standard delivery takes about 7–12 business days. (See our Shipping Policy page for details.)
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can monitor delivery.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days (see Return Policy below). Items must be unused and in original condition for a refund. We provide free return labels for defective items.
Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: We stand behind our products. AcmeFit items come with a 30-day guarantee against defects (manufacturer’s warranty). If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge or refund your order (with photo proof) within this period.
Q: Are your products high quality?
A: Absolutely. Every AcmeFit product is carefully inspected before shipping, and made from durable, premium materials. Our dedication to quality is part of our core values – we want customers to feel confident in every purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout. All transactions use industry-standard encryption and payment processors. (We never store your payment details.)
