Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
•Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery (check local regulations as some regions require longer windows). The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. As GiantMart’s policy states, “All returnable merchandise must be sent … in its original condition”. Please do not use the product or remove any tags/stickers if you intend to return it.
•How to Return: To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions (usually via a courier pickup or self-drop at our facility). Please ship the item back within 5 days of approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective, see below).
•Refund Method and Timeline: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you paid by card or online payment, we credit the same account. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI to the account you specify. You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed.
•Non-Refundable Items: Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These may include used personal accessories (e.g. fitness bands after use), free gift items, final sale/clearance items, and any goods explicitly marked as non-returnable at purchase. Please check the product page for such notes before ordering.
•Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. According to standard return policies, “Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged free of charge by contacting… within 10 days”. Please note minor imperfections (e.g. small scratches that do not affect function) may not qualify as defects. Our team will review each case on its merits.
