Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your AcmeFit orders quickly and reliably:

•Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing may take a bit longer. Once processed, your order is shipped via our trusted couriers.

•Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Combined with processing, you can expect your order in about 6–10 days under normal conditions. These are estimated times: actual delivery may be faster or slower. Please note: bad weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events can cause delays.

•Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD, please allow an extra 1–2 days for payment collection. A nominal COD fee may apply as indicated at checkout. COD orders follow the same shipping timelines above. If the delivery is refused, we will process the refund minus the return shipping fee.

•Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Our site’s Order Tracking page (or the courier’s website) allows you to enter this number and see real-time updates on your shipment. Keep an eye on your inbox for the tracking link. You can also sign in to your AcmeFit account anytime to check your order status.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or external factors. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will assist you.
